This is a Taiwan Visitors Association travel poster, issued by the Republic of China (Taiwan) around the 1950s during the post-war period when the government was actively promoting international tourism.
The design shows an elegant woman in a dark blue cheongsam (qipao) embroidered with a large phoenix motif. She holds a traditional folding fan and stands beside a black lacquered table with a floral arrangement. A red hanging lantern decorated with tassels and figures fills the upper corner, framed by a circular arch with Chinese key-pattern border.
