What kind of papers do we offer
We offer our prints from 1 to 4 different types of papers depending on the artwork :
✨MUSEUM MATTE-quality poster made on long-lasting matte
(uncoated) archival paper.
Paper
weight: 250 gsm / 110 lb.
🚫Acid-Free: pH above 7 to prevent
yellowing over time.
This poster
paper is more yellowish (off white) as 🚫no optical brighteners are used during production. This
avoids color shifts with time. It has top archival quality.
✨PREMIUM MATTE-quality poster made on thick and long-lasting
matte (uncoated) paper. Paper weight: 200 gsm / 80 lb.
✨GICLÉE FINE ART paper- Color Vibrancy: Our 12-color fine art printing technology delivers vivid, accurate colors with stunning depth, far beyond standard 4-color inkjet printing technology.
Paper Finishing: Smooth matte finish for a clean, glare-free display.
Paper Weight: 200 gsm (80 lb),
thickness: 0.26 mm (10.3 mils).
Fade-resistant, 🎨 pigment-based inks, and 🚫acid-free papers, guaranteeing longevity and preserving the artwork's brilliance for generations.
This paper is available only in: United States, Canada, UK and the European Union. In the future the list with countries with this type of paper will be expanded.
✨PREMIUM SEMI-GLOSS Paper- premium semi-glossy paper enhances
colors with a subtle shine and protects against fading from light or moisture.
Paper Finishing: Semi-glossy, enhances colors with a subtle shine.
Paper Weight: 200 gsm (80 lb), thickness: 0.22 mm (8.7 mils).
💚We use Sustainable Paper: FSC-certified paper for sustainability.
Canvas characteristics
You can choose between different sizes and two thickness of the frame. Our canvas come already stretched on wooden bars.
Stretched Canvas:
Material: Responsibly sourced FSC-certified wood stretcher bars, cotton-polyester blend (300-350gsm, 350-400 microns).
- Thickness: Slim (2-3cm / 0.79"-1.18") depending on production hub location) and Thick (4cm / 1.6" ) options.
- Available Sizes: 26 sizes in inches (US & Canada) and cms (rest of the world).
- Hanging Kit: Included, varies by country.
PACKAGING
How do we ship and protect our prints ?
Different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.
Our standard packaging for posters is:
- Flat for posters up to A4
- Tube for posters above A4
Some exceptions are:
- Mailing tubes in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT
- Triangular/rectangular tubes in the US, Canada and Brazil.
Canvas prints are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. In addition, we wrap the items in bubble wrap or kraft paper for additional protection.
What happens if my order arrived damaged ?
If your package arrives damaged and the print is affected, please contact us.
We'll coordinate with the lab to send you a replacement at no extra cost.
