The Jimi Hendrix Experience performed at the International Ballroom, Washington Hilton (Washington, D.C.) on March 10, 1968, giving two shows that evening. The concerts featured Soft Machine as the opening act, along with the psychedelic light projections of Mark Boyle’s Sense Laboratory. Hendrix’s setlists included some of his most iconic songs, such as Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, Hey Joe, Foxy Lady, The Wind Cries Mary, Red House, Purple Haze, and Wild Thing.
