We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a mistake from our part was made and the product is defective, we will gladly resend you a new item/s free of charge.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or to ask for a new product if the one you received was damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs:
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Provide details of your order and the reason for the return.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital downloads aren't eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
