SHIPPING POLICY

When you place an order with Historical Images, we take care of printing and shipping your products directly to you or your chosen delivery address.

We work with a global network of independent local printers. Based on your shipping address, we assign your order to the most suitable local printer, taking into account location, equipment, and available capacity. If your order includes multiple product types, they may be produced at different facilities and delivered separately.

Because we produce locally in print facilities across most countries worldwide, your order will typically be printed and shipped from within your own country or region — which means no customs fees or import surprises for the vast majority of our customers.

We'll provide an estimated delivery time and will do our best to meet it. However, we can't be held responsible if your order arrives later than expected. If we become aware of any significant delays, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Orders are shipped via regular post unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to choose an alternative carrier if it offers a similar delivery quality and timeframe.

If you select tracked delivery (where available), we cover the risk of loss or damage during transit. With non-tracked delivery, the order is considered delivered once it's handed to the carrier, and responsibility transfers to you at that point.

We're not responsible for locating the correct recipient if an incorrect address is provided. In the rare case that your order is shipped internationally, you are responsible for customs clearance and any applicable duties.

If your tracked order is lost in transit, we'll investigate and, at our discretion, reship it. Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. If tracking confirms delivery, we won't reship — any replacement in that case would be at your expense.

SHIPPING POLICIES:


Upon receiving an order through the Historicalimages Platform, Historicalimages will handle the printing of the user content and the shipping of the products to you or the end customer, as specified in the order.

We collaborate with independent local printers within our global network. Based on the shipping address provided in an order, we assign the order to a local printer considering factors such as geographical location, machine capabilities, available capacity, and other relevant criteria. Orders containing multiple product categories may be produced at different print facilities due to these factors and may, therefore, be delivered separately.
We will provide an estimated delivery time and will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the products are delivered within this timeframe. However, we shall not be liable to you or the end customer if the products are delivered later than estimated. We will inform you promptly if we become aware of any significant delays.

Products will be shipped via regular post unless otherwise agreed upon for each order. Regardless of the shipping method, we reserve the right to select an alternative carrier or shipping method, provided it offers similar delivery quality and time.
If tracked delivery is selected for the order (if available), we will bear the risk of loss and damage to the products during transportation. If non-tracked delivery is chosen, the products will be considered delivered, and the title and risk of loss will transfer to you upon our delivery of the products to any common carrier.

We are not responsible for locating the correct delivery address. If an incorrect address is provided and there are multiple residents at that address, we will make reasonable efforts to deliver, but cannot guarantee delivery to the correct recipient. You are solely responsible for customs clearance of the products and for payment of any customs duties.

If you can prove that your order was lost in transit due to the carrier of a tracked delivery, we will, at our discretion and subject to our investigation, reship the order. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We reserve the right not to reship any order if the carrier’s tracking information indicates that the order was delivered, even if you or the end customer claim it was not received. In such cases, any replacement will be at your own expense.
